The villa
The villa is divided into 2 residential units one above the other, each with its own entrance. It is completely fenced with high walls on the street side so security is guaranteed. There is ample parking for 2 to 3 cars. It has a large secure bicycle storage, to be entered without stairs through the parking, in which at least 12 bicycles can be placed.
At the height of the lowest living unit, I can make use of an 8 x 4 m swimming pool heated by solar collectors, with a tarpaulin via remote control.
At the side of the house, there is room to quietly enjoy a glass of cava while reading a book.
On the lower floor there is a large sunny terrace with an electronically operated canopy and a view of the valley and the mountains. Here is also a large wooden dining table with enough chairs to have breakfast or dinner together, after which one can quietly reminisce or dream away in the sun loungers on a green carpet.
